2008年左右，那时最好的小区新房价格在二千四五左右，我所住的小区不算最高档，一期售卖均价一千九左右，但是还是有些人因为手头紧，贷款利率高，持观望态度，没有买进房子，而他们考虑成熟时，也就是2010年左右小区三期开盘时，房价就涨到了三千左右一平，短短两年功夫一个平方就涨了一千多元。记得我妹妹买房子的时候是2012年那时一个平方四千多，截止2017年年底，我买二套房子时房价已经涨到了每平方七千五百元左右。在短短十年不到的时间里房价就由一个平方一千九百元左右涨到了七千五百元左右，翻了近四番，也就是说刨除物价上涨等因素，原先差不多够买四套房子的钱，现在最多买一套房子甚至还买不到。
俗话说机不可失、失不再来，时不我待。我们要在老人还健在时抓紧时间孝顺，不要等到子欲养而亲不待的时候迟感叹。学习考试也是一样要在考试前抓紧一切能够利用的时间充实提高挑战自己，只有这样才可能在选拔考试时抓住难得的机遇取得成功，不然只能望洋兴叹，空悲切白了少年头。买房子更是一个考验个人眼光和时间把握能力的技术活，低房价稍纵即逝，如果微有困难就一味观望一味彷徨，低房价就有可能在较短时间内由可承受变得不可期及。你觉得我说的有道理么？
We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren’t old enough and we’ll be more content when they are. After that we’re frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage. We tell ourselves that our life will be complete when we are able to go on a nice vacation, when we retire.
