所以，当我么在倾听老人的述说的过程中，老人多她的孤单找到了一种寄托，有了生活下来的力量。衷心地祝福老人健健康康的，我们一届届的大学生志愿者给她带去欢乐。
这是我对这次活动最大的感触。我也相信，我们每个人肯迈出一小步，我发现，志愿者所有的精神就是一种力量，就好像奥运火炬传递一样，在每个人的手中传递，同时也能汇聚所有人的热情，共同促进社会进步做出贡献。

I went to ZhongShan Park with my classmates where participated in an environmental protection acitivity.
On that day,everyone played an important role in this environmental volunteer activity.Some classmates were handing out the leaflets of how to be an environmental volunteer and call up everyone keep the environment clean.The other classmates and I tried our best to pick up rubbish and clean the garbage cans.
ALthrough I spent 12-hour on an environmental volunteer activity,I felt so good that we`d better take part in more activities like this.They are able to help us to build a good awareness of environmental protection.
