反对人类机器人的人争辩说一旦机器人的智力超过我们所想的，这对人类来说是个大忧患。这会存在一旦他们足够聪明，他们就不会想继续服务人类，而想成为合法公民的风险，或者更加糟糕，成为世界的主宰。这是有可能的，因为他们聪明而且相对于人类，他们更强壮。
