他站起来，又伸展了一下身体，然后走到厨房。他把锅放在炉子上煮咖啡。然后他坐在桌旁，看着窗外的日出。这是他最喜欢的地方。
Sometimes he thinks it might be more of a habit than a hobby, and maybe he should cut back on these habits. Especially since he’s working so much now that there isn’t much time left to think about things like this anyway. Like, who knows when the next time that he gets a break would be?
有时他认为这可能更多的是一种习惯而不是一种爱好，也许他应该减少这些习惯。尤其是因为他现在工作太多了，以至于没有太多时间来考虑这样的事情。比如，谁知道他下一次休息是什么时候？
So he shouldn’t waste his time thinking about something silly like whether or not he likes coffee or something.
Rod goes through the motions of making coffee but the only thing he really cares about is the idea that tomorrow will be another exhausting day, but this day will be worth it.
所以他不应该浪费时间去想一些愚蠢的事情，比如他是否喜欢咖啡之类的。

Because he can do it again tomorrow, because he won’t have to worry about anything else, and because tomorrow, hopefully, he’ll be able to spend some time just sitting and watching the sun set over the horizon. Even though he’d probably prefer to sit outside and watch the sun rise and set for hours instead.
