He opens up the door to his apartment with a sigh and a stretch before throwing himself down onto the couch. He turns on the TV and flips through channels until he finds something interesting enough to keep him awake. He settles on some random show and tries to focus on it but he can’t seem to concentrate. He keeps thinking about how much he wants to go back to bed and forget about everything for a little bit.
 这是他不介意做的事，因为有时他做不了别的事。但今天他只想放松一下，即使那意味着早起去上班。至少这似乎是他今天唯一的日程安排，而事实也确实如此。

他打开房门，叹了口气，伸了个懒腰，然后倒在沙发上。他打开电视，不停地翻看频道，直到发现一些有趣的东西，让他无法入睡。他随便找了个节目，想把注意力集中在节目上，但他似乎无法集中注意力。他一直在想，他有多想回到床上，暂时忘掉一切。
Maybe if he sleeps late enough then he can pretend for a little bit longer that everything is okay.
He gets up and stretches again before walking to the kitchen. He puts a pot on the stove and prepares his coffee. After that he sits down at the table and looks out the window at the sunrise. This is a favorite place for him.
 也许如果他睡得够晚，他就可以多假装一会儿一切都好。
